2.1. Board to consider and take possible action, in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or acting Clerk for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to the bond sale.

2.2. Board to receive bids for the $1,215,000 Taxable Building Bonds of this School District and take action to award bonds to the lowest bidder.

2.3. Board to consider and take action on a resolution providing for the issuance of taxable building bonds, in the sum of $1,215,000 by this school district, authorized at an election called and held for such purpose; prescribing form of bonds; providing for registration thereof; providing for levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on the same; and fixing other details of issue.
