6.2. Discussion and possible board action regarding changing Hennessey Lower Elementary from Pre-K - 5th Grades to Pre-K - 4th Grades and Hennessey Upper Elementary from 6th - 8th grades to 5th - 8th grades beginning with the 2021-2022 school year.

6.3. Motion, discussion and vote to authorize or not to authorize the school district’s attorney, in consultation with the Superintendent of Schools, to initiate legal action against the Oklahoma State Board of Education (“Board”) to address the equalization of funding as set forth in the Board’s Resolution approved at the Board’s special meeting on March 25, 2021.

6.4. Discussion and possible board action regarding quote from Oklahoma School Risk Management Trust for property/casualty and liability insurance for the district for policy year beginning July 1, 2021.
