3. Vote to hire Daniel Smith as Pre-K Teachers Assistant for the remainder of the 2021-2022 school year on a one year temporary contract.

4. Representative from the auditing firm Angel, Johnston & Blasingame will address the board regarding the 2020-2021 Audit Report.
