2. Propose executive session to:
a) Discuss the employment of Dr. Aaron Espolt pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307 (B)(1);
b) have confidential communications with District's legal counsel concerning a pending investigation, claim, or action where disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307 (B)(4).

This motion, made by Turner Bass and seconded by Mandy Hillhouse, carried.
