J.2. 2) Discussing the employment hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee and discussing any matter where disclosure of information would violate confidentiality requirements of state or federal law. Oklahoma Statutes, Title 25 § 307 (B) (1) and (7). Employment of Support Personnel at pay rates designated in the 2018-2019 Negotiated Agreement between the Shawnee Board of Education and Shawnee Federation of School Employees, as presented in Addendum A. Employment is subject to satisfactory completion of requirements established by the District.

M. Consideration and possible action on items considered in Executive Session including possible vote on Property appraisal, purchase or acquisition for school related uses.
Action(s):
Motion was made by April Stobbe and seconded by Mark Betterton to Motion was made by April Stobbe to approve the purchase/exchange of property with the Commissioners of the Land Office for the purchase of an equal share of 3000 and 304 S. Miller Place, Oklahoma City, OK and exchanging that ownership interest for approximately 15 acres of property located on the north side of 45th Street, South of I-40 and East of Kickapoo Street subject to legal counsel's approval of all necessary agreements to accomplish the purchase/exchange. I further move to authorize Superintendent April Grace to sign all necessary documents and undertake any necessary actions to effect this purchase/exchange on behalf of the Board of Education of Shawnee Public Schools, and seconded by Mark Betterton. Motion passed.. Motion carried.
