C. For Executive Session the Board will remain in the Boardroom and all others present, including board minutes clerk, will be asked to leave. Live stream on You Tube will continue with a sign stating Board is in  Executive Session - no You Tube audio will take place during Executive Session. Keith Sandlin will participate via video conference and all rolled Board Members and the  Superintendent will go into  Executive Session via a Zoom break-out room.            

D. D.Motion and vote to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing:
1. Employment of Administrative Personnel for the 2020-2021 School Year:
    Consideration, discussion, and possible action taken on candidate for the District
     a) Shawnee Early Childhood Principal
2. Discussing the employment hiring, appointment, promotion demotion, disciplining or
    resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee. Oklahoma Statues
    Title 25 § 307 (B)(1) and (7) as listed:
      a) Employment of Certified Personnel  as presented in Addendum A
      b) Employment of Support Personnel as presented in Addendum B
      c) Employment of Athletic Personnel as presented in Addendum C 

E. Board President's Statement of Executive Session Minutes.

F. Acknowledge return to Open Session

G. Motion and vote to approve or not approve recommendation for the Shawnee Early Childhood Center Principal.

H. Motion and vote to approve or not approve Certified Personnel Addendum A for the 2020-2021 School Year

I. Motion and vote to approve or not approve Support Personnel Addendum B for the 2020-2021 School Year.

J. Motion and vote to approve or not approve Athletic Personnel Addendum C for the 2020-2021 School Year.
