D. Business Requiring Board Action:

D.1. Vote to approve or disapprove Resolution for Schools Libraries Universal Services (E-Rate) for 2020-2021.  This resolution authorizes filing of the Form 471 applications for funding year 2020-21 and the payment of the applicant's share upon approval of funding and receipt of services.

E. Motion and vote to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing:
