4. Discuss and possible vote on the minutes of the:

• regular meeting of September 8, 2026;
• special meeting of September 29, 2026.

5. Financial Consent Docket - Discuss and possible vote on monthly financial reports, encumbrances, and change orders.
These items may be approved by one board motion unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items.

• Approve FY27 General Fund Payroll Purchase Orders 50130-50144 for a total of $70,944.83.

• transfer $6,300 from football account #801 to the school athletic account #800 for a purchase of a new dumbbell set for the weight room.

11. Discuss and possible vote on student transfers for the 2026–2027 school year. 

12. Discuss and possible vote on an out-of-state trip request: 

• FFA sponsors and students to travel to Indianapolis, Indiana, for the 99th National FFA Convention, October 20-23, 2026. 

13. Discuss and possible vote on sanctioning of the following booster clubs/organizations for the 2026-2027 school year:

• Jones Homerun Club

14. Discuss and possible vote regarding staff working during their planning period with compensation as provided in the negotiated agreement with Jones Education Association.
