7. VOTE TO APPROVE OR DISAPPROVE TO DEPOSIT $2416.00 INTO THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF CHROMEBOOKS AS STATED IN THE ARVEST GRANT. THIS MONEY WAS ORIGINALLY DEPOSITED INTO THE ACTIVITY FUND AND WILL REIMBURSE THE GENERAL FUND.
8. DISCUSSION AND VOTE TO APPROVE OR NOT APPROVE TO DIRECT THE SUPERINTENDENT TO REIMBURSE $1,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE BUILDING FUND. THE PROPERTY PURCHASED FROM CLINT FULLER WAS ERRONEOUSLY PAID FOR FROM THE GENERAL FUND WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
9. VOTE TO APPROVE OF DISAPPROVE FOR JEFF BELL TO TEACH CLASSES IN DRIVERS ED. ONE CLASS IN FEBRUARY, SPRING AND 1ST SESSION SUMMER 2019. CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION IS 30 HRS TOTAL PER CLASS. DRIVERS INSTRUCTION IS 6 HRS PER STUDENT MAX OF 15 STUDENTS- 90 HRS
10. DISCUSSION AND VOTE TO APPROVE OR NOT APPROVE CHANGING THE SCHOOL CALENDAR TO INCLUDE ONE EXTRA DAY OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. STUDENTS WOULD RETURN FOR THE 2ND SEMESTER ON JANUARY 9TH, 2019 INSTEAD OF JANUARY 8TH 2019
11. VOTE TO APPROVE OR DISAPPROVE TO ADOPT THE MILITARY RECRUITER ACCESS POLICY AS ATTACHED.
