3. Board to consider and take action upon a Resolution authorizing the leasing of certain real property to the Idabel Public Works Authority and authorizing the President, Clerk and Superintendent to execute any and all documents related to the Ground Lease Agreement and the transaction.

Board to consider and take action upon a Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a Sublease Agreement whereby the Idabel Public Works Authority will sublease certain real property and improvements thereto to the district and authorizing and directing the President, Clerk and Superintendent to execute any and all documents related to the Sublease Agreement and the transaction.
