RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, Consent Agenda Items 2.A through 2.C be APPROVED as presented, effective December 18, 2025.

3. CAPITAL PROJECTS
Consideration and possible action, including but not limited to the approval, denial, or tabling of the proposal(s) and associated contracts and/or agreements for the District Roof Replacement and Solar Energy Installation Projects.

4. VOTE TO CONVENE OR NOT CONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session is proposed to discuss the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining, or resignation of any individual, salaried public officer or employee, or volunteer {25 O.S. § 307(B)(1 ); S.L.O. § 528(6)(1 ); 70 O.S. § 10121; S.L.O.§25}, discussion of IEP student transfers 25 O.S. § 307(8)(6); S.L.O. § 528(8)(6); to discuss issues which, if disclosed, would violate confidentiality requirements of state or federal law (25 O.S.§307(8)(7); S.L.O.§528(8)(7)}, and to discuss negotiations concerning employees and their representatives (25 O.S.§307(8)(2); S.L.O.§528(8)(2), with a vote to be taken after return to open session.

7.A. Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the employment of the following certified staff:

• Joseph Bryson from Alternative Education Director to VHS Assistant Principal 

7.B. Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the employment of the following support staff:

• Bailey Weaver, HHE Para II, on a temporary contract for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year.
• Shelby Adamson, HHE Para II, on a temporary contract for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year.

7.C. Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the resignation of the following support staff: 

• Kylee Simmons, VHS Para II, effective immediately
