This resolution authorizes the filing of the Form 471 applications for funding year 2023-2024 and the payment of the applicant's share upon approval of funding and receipt of services.

27. Discussion and action on a service agreement membership between Bethel Public Schools and Oklahoma State School Board Association to provide employment services for the 2023-2024 school year.

28. Discussion and action to enter into a Special Services Agreement with Crossroads Youth & Family Services Inc. Head Start/Early Head Start for the 2023-2024 school year.

29. Discussion and action to approve the renewal of contract with ADPC, a school accounting software program for FY24.
