3. Discussion regarding school personnel, including possible executive session to discuss the following items pursuant to O.S. Title 25, Section 307 (B) (1).

3.1. Discussion on the employment of Rebecca Goodin as a temporary adjunct teacher at Bethel Middle School.

4. Action to convene into executive session or remain in open session.

5. Consideration and action to acknowledge the return to open session.

6. Announcement of executive session minutes that no items were discussed in the executive session other than those outlined in the motion to convene.

7. Action on the employment of Rebecca Goodin as a temporary adjunct teacher at Bethel Middle School.

8. Board to receive a construction update and engage in discussion with Thomas Seidel, Mid-Plains Construction, Inc. regarding the Bethel Gymnasium Addition and Remodel project including, but not limited to, progress and current status of the project and conditions of the existing roof with recommendations for roof repairs to be considered by the board.

9. Discussion, review, and possible action on the Bethel Gymnasium Addition and Remodel project recommendations to repair the existing gymnasium roof.

10. Board to receive whole board development training and engage in discussion with Dr. Joe Siano and Anne Beck, OSSBA, on the topic of superintendent evaluation and possible action will be taken on this item.
