6. Consideration and action to enter into a Special Services Agreement with Crossroads Youth & Family Service, Inc. Head Start/Early Head Start Program for the 2019-2020 school year.

7. Consideration and action to approve a Service Agreement with OSSBA Employment Services (formerly OPSUCA ) for the 2019-2020 school year.

8. Consideration and action to approve a contract with Advanced Professional Testing Services, LLC to provide drug testing for bus drivers and students for the 2019-2020 school year.                                              

9. Consideration and action to establish an agreement between Bethel Public Schools and Visual Senses (a consulting firm owned by April "Nikki" Keck), educational consultants for the 2019-2020 school year. Visual senses will provide consultation and assistance to educational staff with duties related to the provision of special education for students who present a visual impairment.
