7. Consideration and action on a resolution to call for an annual election for Bethel Public Schools, District I-003 of Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma for board seat #3. Said election will be held at the regular voting places with the school district on the 13 day of February 2018, and the second election, if not candidate for the board member position receives more that 50% of the vote, on April 3, 2018, beginning at 7:00 a.m. and closing at 7:00 p.m. on said dates.
