3. Discussion and vote to approve or not approve General Fund purchase order encumbrance numbers 314 through 338 in the amount of $25,384.14. 

4. Discussion and vote to approve or not approve Building Bond Fund 38 purchase order encumbrance number 3 in the amount of $7,000.00.

5. Discussion and vote to approve or not approve Sinking Fund 41 purchase order encumbrance number 1 and 2 in the amount of $867,368.75.

6. Discussion and vote to approve or not approve superintendent's recommendation to accept a bid package for LED lighting for Buccaneer Football Stadium.

7. Discussion and vote to approve or not approve superintendent's recommendation to accept a bid package for installation of artificial turf and replacement of the track at Buccaneer Football Field.

8. Discussion and vote to approve or not approve superintendent's recommendation to enter into a lease purchase agreement between Tonkawa Public Schools and Government Capital Corporation for LED lighting and installation of artificial turf at Buccaneer Football Field.

9. Discussion and vote to approve or not approve superintendent's recommendation to enter into a lease purchase agreement between Tonkawa Public Schools and First National Bank of Oklahoma to replace the track around Buccaneer Football Field.
