Board to consider and take action, in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or acting Clerk for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to the upcoming bond sale.

Board to receive bids for the $790,000 Building Bonds of this School District and take to award bonds to the lowest bidder. 

Board to consider and take action on a resolution providing for the issuance of building bonds in the sum of $790,000 by this school district, authorized at an election called and held for such purpose; prescribing form of bonds; providing for registration thereof; providing for levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on the same; and fixing other details of issue. 

Board to consider and take action on a resolution designating the general obligation bonds of 2024 as "Qualified Tax-Exempt Obligations" pursuant to Section 265(b)(3)(B) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.

The board of Education will consider and may vote to convene into Executive Session to hear evidence and discuss the suspension of a minor student as it relates to school and school events whereby disclosure of any additional information would violate FERPA.  25 O.S. Sections 307(B)(5) and (B)(7) (The Oklahoma Open Meeting Act).

The Board of Education will vote to accept, reject or amend the recommendation of the administration with regard to the suspension of a student from school activities. 

 Discussion, consideration and action to approve or disapprove a contract with GoGuardian for the 2024-2025 school year.

Discussion, consideration and action to approve or disapprove a pronoun policy for Haskell School District.

Discussion, consideration and action to approve or disapprove any resignation(s) that are tendered after the posting of the agenda.
