Board to consider and take possible action, in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or acting Clerk for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to the calling of a special election to authorize general obligation bonds.

Board to consider and take action on a resolution authorizing the calling and holding of a special election to be held in this School District to authorize the issuance of general obligation bonds.

Discussion, consideration and action to approve or disapprove an agreement with The Oklahoma Purchasing System (TOPS).

Discussion, consideration and action to approve or disapprove an agreement with The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS).

Personnel- The board of Education will consider and may vote to convene into Executive Session to discuss personnel recommended for employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, reassigning, disciplining, superintendents contract and resignations, pursuant to Oklahoma Statutes Title 25, Section 307(B)(1)(The Oklahoma Open Meeting Act).
