1. Call to Order and roll call

2. Due Process Hearing for Kyle Smith, a certified Administrator.

2.a. The board president, or designee, will convene the hearing, state the purpose of the hearing, introduce the parties and administer an oath to all individuals who will testify. Upon the request of either party, the president may exclude from the hearing room the witnesses not at the time under examination. A party to the proceeding and his/her designee shall not be excluded.

2.b. Opening statement by Superintendent Deighan or designee.

2.c. Opening statement by Mr. Smith or designee

2.d. Presentation of Superintendent Deighan's witnesses and evidence, followed by cross-examination of witnesses by Mr. Smith or designee.

2.e. Questions by board members may be asked following the presentation of each witness.

2.f. Presentation of Mr. Smith's witnesses and evidence, followed by cross-examination of witnesses by Superintendent Deighan or designee.

2.g. Questions by board members may be asked following the presentation of each witness.

2.h. Presentation of rebuttal witnesses and evidence, as necessary.
|
2.i. Closing argument by Superintendent Deighan or designee.
|
2.j. Closing argument by Mr. Smith or designee.

3. Proposed executive session to deliberate on the recommended non-reemployment of Kyle Smith. [Authorized by OKLA. STAT. tit. 25 Section 307 (B)(1) of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act]

4. Motion and vote to convene in executive session.
|
5. Motion and vote to acknowledge return to open session.
|
6. Board President's Statement of Executive Session
|
7. Motion and vote on motion to accept or reject Superintendent Deighan's recommendation of non-reemployment of Kyle Smith and findings of fact upon which the board's decision is based.

8. Motion and vote to accept any employee resignations that have been submitted since the last board of education meeting or enter into any resignation agreement submitted since the last board of education meeting. The board reserves the right, pursuant to OKLA. STAT. tit. 25 § 307 (B)(1) and (7) to vote to go into any executive session to discuss any tendered resignation or agreement. If the board does go into executive session it will take the following actions prior to any motion and vote:

8.a. Motion and vote to convene in executive session to consider employee resignations and/or agreements.

8.b. Motion and vote to return to open session.
|
8.c. Board president's statement of executive session minutes.
|
9. Adjournment
