CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO A RESOLUTION FIXING THE AMOUNT OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BUILDING BONDS, SERIES 2018A TO MATURE EACH YEAR; FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE THE BONDS ARE TO BE SOLD; DESIGNATING A REGISTRAR/PAYING AGENT FOR THE BONDS; APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY OFFICIAL STATEMENT AND DISTRIBUTION THEREOF; AUTHORIZING THE CLERK TO GIVE NOTICE OF SAID SALE AS REQUIRED BY LAW AND APPROVING OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE ISSUANCE OF SAID BONDS.

5. The Lawton Public School District encourages participation from all of its patrons. If participation at any public meeting is not possible due to a disability, notification to the Clerk of the Board of Education at 580-357-6900, extension 2074, at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting is encouraged to make the necessary accommodations. The district may waive the 48-hour rule if an interpreter for the deaf (signing) is not the necessary accommodation.
