5. Discussion and possible action regarding the Red River Technology Center Board of Education to authorize the payment of a stipend in the amount of $500.00 to Liz Baxter, for being the RN Training Supervisor. This stipend shall be paid annually on the December payroll date.

7. Discussion and possible action regarding the updated Board Policies and Administrative Regulations.

8. Discussion and possible action regarding the ongoing Agreement with Frontline Education.

10. Discussion and possible action regarding the ongoing Section 403(b) Plan Administrative Service Agreement with American Fidelity Assurance Company.

Discussion and possible action regarding the purchase of unused FY27 personal leave (maximum of 3 days for 10 month employees and 4 days for 12 month employees) for all full-time employees, except administrative staff, at a rate of $75.00 per day. Anyone less than full-time would be proportionate.

17. Discussion and possible action regarding the School Affiliation Agreement between The Oklahoma State Department of Health and Red River Technology Center for Practical Nursing Training.

18. Discussion and possible action regarding the clinical contract agreements (for Health Care Careers student training) with Dr. Gilbreth, Dr. McGouran, Duncan Family Eye Care, Urgent Med, Brookwood Medical Clinic PLLC, Wildflowers Pediatric Therapy, Stephens County Health Department, Comanche Urgent Medical Clinic, and Fruitful Oaks Direct Primary Care.
