11. Discussion and vote to approve or disapprove 8th through 12th grade Band students going to Music in the Parks at six flags over Texas in Arlington, Texas, leaving April 26, 2024 @ 10:00 am and returning April 27, 2024 @ 10:00 pm.

12. Motion by the Board to pay up to 5,000 as a retirement incentive to any full-time certified employee of Inola Schools who has been in employment here for a minimum of ten (10) years. This will be for the 2023-2024 school year and does not bind the board to any future year. Support staff wishing to retire will be offered a prorated amount based on the years of experience and salary compared to what is being offered to a certified teacher. The Board reserves the right to stop the offer at any time during the offer period. Interpretation of the offer resets with the Administration with final approval done by the Inola Board.

13. Board to discuss and vote to approve or disapprove Voluntary Separation Policy for 2023-2024 retirees. Support staff wishing to retire will be offered a prorated amount based on years of experience and salary compared to what is being offered to a certified teacher.
