8. Discussion and vote to authorize Superintendent Mr. Jeff Unrau to work with Insurance for resolution of storm damage and repairs.

9. Discussion and vote to approve or disapprove of math/science courses at VO-Tech for junior/senior credit pursuant to HB-2886. 

10. Motion to approve or disapprove Inola Public School Handbooks (High School /Middlel, Elementary School, Faculty and Support).  

11. Discussion to approve or disapprove Activity Fund Subaccounts, purpose and planned expenditures.

12. Board to consider and take action on a motion approving the renewal of the lease/ purchase for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 as required under the provisions of the equipment Lease/ Purchase Agreement dated April 21, 2022, between the district and RCB Bank. 

13. Discussion and vote to approve or disapprove participation in the following listed federal programs for school year 2023-2024 and to appoint Mr. Tim Combs as authorized representative for all of said programs for the school year. Title I (Improving the Academic Achievement of the Disavantaged), Title II (Preparing, training, and Recruiting High-Quality Teachers and Principals)); Title VI (Rural and Low Income Program); Title VII (Indian Native Hawaiian, Alaska Native Education Programs); and Johnson O'Malley (Remedial Software of grades 6-8). 

14. Discussion and vote to approve or disapprove participation in the following  listed federal program for school year 2023-2024 and appoint Ms.Tracy Mootry as authorized representative for the said program for the school year: IDEA-B Flow through and Special; Education Preschool. Ages 3-5 (Special Education Funds) ( Projects 621 and 641), Special Educational Professional Development (Projects 613 and 615), Special Education Certification Exam (Project 616), and Special Education High Needs Tier 2 (Project 627).

15. Motion to grant Treasurer Ms. Rhonda Rouse, the authority to invest school funds in state approved accounts for school year 2023-2024.

16. Discussion and vote to approve or disapprove Occupational and Physical Therapy Services for 2023-2024 school year.
