9. Discussion and vote to approve or disapprove 2021-2022 Audit Acknowledgement with Bledsoe, Hewett & Gullekson, Certified Public Accountants, LLP.

10. Motion to approve or disapprove CCOSA Energy Efficiency Framework Comprehensive Implementation Package Agreement 2022-2023.

11. Discussion and vote to approve or disapprove adding Activity sub-account 815 ‘Hall of Fame’ to athletic general account 801.

12. Motion by the Board to pay up to $5,000 as a retirement incentive to any full time certified employee of Inola Schools who has been in employment here for a minimum of ten (10) years. This will be for the 2022-2023 school year and does not bind the Board to any future year. Support staff wishing to retire will be offered a pro-rated amount based on years of experience and salary compared to what is being offered to a certified teacher. The Board reserves the right to stop the offer at any time during the offer period. Interpretation of the offer rests with the Administration with final approval done by the Inola School Board.

13. Board to discuss and vote to approve or disapprove Voluntary Separation Policy for 2022-2023 retirees. Support staff wishing to retire will be offered a pro-rated amount based on years of experience and salary compared to what is being offered to a certified teacher.

14. Motion to approve or disapprove resignation letter of Dr. Kent Holbrook, Superintendent, effective June 30, 2023, to include Retirement Incentive and the Voluntary Separation Policy. (25 O.S. 307(B) (1)

15. Motion to approve or disapprove opening job search for new Superintendent.
