10. Motion to approve or disapprove using James Lackey, MD, on a voluntary consultant basis as our Medical Director for Janice Landsaw, School Nurse.  

11. Motion to approve or disapprove moving Sofidel donation of $8250 from general fund to activity fund.  This donation was made as a direct deposit to the bank where we have our government funds account, but should have been deposited to the bank where we have our Activity Fund. 

12. Discuss and motion to approve or disapprove 2021-2022 school calendar.

13. Motion by the Board to pay up to $5,000 as a retirement incentive to any full time certified employee of Inola Schools who has been in employment here for a minimum of ten (10) years. This will be for the 2020-2021 school year and does not bind the Board to any future year. Support staff wishing to retire will be offered a pro-rated amount based on years of experience and salary compared to what is being offered to a certified teacher. The Board reserves the right to stop the offer at any time during the offer period. Interpretation of the offer rests with the Administration with final approval done by the Inola School Board.

14. Board to discuss and vote to approve or disapprove Voluntary Separation Policy for 2020-2021 retirees. Support staff wishing to retire will be offered a pro-rated amount based on years of experience and salary compared to what is being offered to a certified teacher.

15. Motion to approve or disapprove resignation letter of Janet Spurlock (High School FACS/FFCLA teacher) effective May 14, 2021, to include the retirement incentive and the Voluntary Separation Policy. (25 O.S. 307(B) (1)

16. Motion to approve or disapprove resignation letter of Philip Stoltzfus (High School Special Education teacher), effective May 15, 2021, to include the Voluntary Separation Policy.  (25 O.S. 307(B) (1)

17. Motion to approve or disapprove resignation letter of Kristie Turner (High School secretary) effective May 28, 2021, to include the retirement incentive and the Voluntary Separation Policy.  (25 O.S. 307(B) (1)
