15. Motion to discuss and vote to approve or disapprove Choir going to Lee's Resort for HS School Retreat in Grove, Oklahoma August 18 and August 19. Requesting use of one 65 passenger bus.

16. Motion to discuss and vote to approve or disapprove Carol Holland taking MS academic students to Independence, Missouri on Monday, August 21st, to observe the total eclipse at George Owens Nature Park, will also tour the Truman Presidential Library. She plans to leave at 6:00 am and will be returning around 9-10 pm. She will need the use of the large van.
