Motion to approve General Fund Encumbrances and warrants.

Motion to transfer $28.46 in the Activity Fund from Athletics to the Class of 2023 for concession stand supplies. 

Motion to transfer $156.41 in the Activity Fund from the Class of 2024 to the Class of 2023 for concession stand supplies. 

Motion to approve Sweetwater School calendar for the 2023-2024 school year. 

Motion to renew Street Drug Collections & Consortium Agreement  for the 2023-2024 school year.

Motion to adopt the OSSBA Internal Controls Policy. 

Discuss ongoing lawsuit with OSMRT.
