Motion to renew contract with Wayne Beam (Barlow Education Management Services) for Federal Program management for the 2021-2022 school year. 

Motion to increase the amount of the total ACH file limit with First Bank to $100,000.

Motion to accept the resignation of Colby Wagner effective as of May 18, 2021.
