Motion to approve OSSBA Policy and Membership renewal for 2019-2020 school year. 

Motion and vote to approve Casey Reed, Jenna Gray, and Phyllis Abernathy as Activity Sub Accounts, General Fund, Building Fund, Child Nutrition Fund, Sinking Fund, and Activity Fund custodians and persons authorized to sign checks for FY 2019-2020.

Motion to adopt a new Procurement Policy. 

Motion to approve Open Transfers for 2019-2020 school year. 

Motion to deem old computers as surplus property.
