Call to order and recording of attendance.

Invocation.

Possible motion and vote to re-organize the Sweetwater School Board of Education.

Public Comment. (In accordance with School Board Policy BED and BED-R, any person wishing to make public comment must notify the Superintendent in writing prior to the meeting.)

Consent Agenda Items: All of the following items, which concern reports and items of routine nature normally approved at Board Meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate on any or all the following items (O.S. Section 533):

Approve minutes for the March 8, 2018 Regular Board of Education Meeting and the March 20, 2018 Special Board of Education Meeting.

Child Nutrition Encumbrances #30-34 and warrant's #30-34.

School Activity Fund Report.

Motion to approve General Fund Encumbrances and warrants.

Motion to review and approve bid on IONIX Computer Risk Management.

Motion to approve Johnny Davis bid on repairs to Keathley house.

Vote to approve or disapprove Resolution for Schools and Libraries Universal Services (E-rate) for 2018-19. This resolution authorizes filing of the form 471 applications for funding year 2018-19 and the payment of the applicant's share upon approval of funding receipt of services.

Motion to renew Street Drug Collections & Consortium Agreement License Agreement for the 2018-2019 school year.

Motion to accept Jason Bohannon's resignation as Teacher, Assistant Principal, Track Coach, and Athletic Director,Cross Country Coach, and Asst. Basketball Coach as of May 31, 2018.

Motion to accept Jacy Hickey resignation as of May 16,2018.

Motion to approve summer staff development workshop and trip.

Possible Executive Session to discuss renewal of Support Personnel contract's for Sweetwater School for FY 2018-19 307 O.S. Section (B)(1)
