Approve minutes for the December 10, 2018 Regular Board of Education Meeting.

Child Nutrition Encumbrances # and warrant # .

School Activity Fund Report.

Motion to approve General Fund Encumbrances and warrants.

Motion to transfer $186.00 from the Sweetwater Foundation Fund to the Athletic Fund.

Possible Executive Session to do evaluation and discuss renewal of Mr. Casey Reed's contract as Superintendent of Sweetwater School for FY 2018-19 307 O.S. Section (B)(1)
