11.A. Discussion and possible motion to approve Millwood Board of Education Regularly Scheduled Board Meeting dates for Calendar Year 2024.

11.B. Action to approve Class of 2024 movie night fundraiser for the high school on October 5, 2023 and proceeds go toward Senior Trip expenses to be placed in 912.1 activity account.

11.C. Action to approve Class of 2024 movie night fundraiser for the middle school on October 5, 2023, proceeds go toward Senior Trip expenses to be placed in 912.1 activity account.

11.D. Action to approve Class of 2024 Haunted Hall/Escape Room admission fundraiser and proceeds go toward Senior Trip expenses to be placed in 912.1 activity account.

11.E. Action to approve Class of 2024 Haunted Hall fundraiser for MELA 4th & 5th grade, proceeds go toward Senior Trip expenses to be placed in 912.1 activity account.

11.I. Discussion and possible motion to approve the Superintendent Dr. Robinson-Woods, Kimberly Akins, Najah Bell, Leslie Breaux, Shannon Hayes, Craig Murray, Janice Neal, Menes Ray, Pamela Webster and DeVaro Wilson hotel and travel expenses via air from Dallas/Ft Worth, Texas to Nassua, Baham to serve as chaperons and travel with 44 students of the Millwood Marching Band to participate in the Bahamas All-Starrs 5th Quarter Battle of the Bands, Novebmer 8 - 12, 2023.

11.J. Discussion and possible motion to approve Shannon Hayes' registration, travel and lodging expenses to attend the National Athletic Directors Conference in Orlando, FL December 9th - 16, 2023.
