10. CONSENT AGENDA
The Millwood Board of Education uses a consent agenda during school board meetings. Items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all items. The consent agenda consists of the consideration, review, discussion and possible motion to approve the following items as listed under the appropriate categories and identified individually by number and/or alphabet. Items 10A, 10B, 10C, 11A - 11Q.

Recommend the following person(s) be employed as of the effective date specified; and that contract(s) or assignment notifications with the appropriate persons herein listed be approved and executed in the name of the District, the Superintendent or person designated by her; with all other personnel recommendations, including terminations, leaves, retirements and resignations.  See Attachments "A".

11. PROPOSED GENERAL BUSINESS

11.A. Discussion and possible vote to approve the Certificate of Municipal Order and authorize the Oklahoma County Clerk and County Treasurer of Oklahoma County, to pay over any public funds collected for Independent School District Number 37, with the provisions of 68 O.S. Supp. 1981., Section 24210, to David Harp as Treasurer for the term of appointment.

11.B. Discussion and possible vote to approve Mrs. Thierry's 3rd grade scholars to travel by Charter Bus to Wichita Wildlife Refuge, Indiahoma, Oklahoma on March 24, 2023 at 10:00am and return the same day at 7:30pm.

11.C. Activity Fund Summary of Accounts for January, FY2023.

11.D. Action to approve a T-shirt sale fundraiser for the Girls Basketball Team with proceeds to be placed in the 806.1 sub activity account.

11.E. Action to approve collecting track dues for Middle and High School Track Teams with proceeds placed in the 810.1 sub activity account.

11.F. Action to approve a Valentine Candy Gram fundraiser for the Millwood track team with proceeds to be placed in the 810.1 sub activity account.
