12. PROPOSED GENERAL BUSINESS

12.A. Discussion and possible motion to approve registration, travel, lodging and meal expenses for the following employees to attend the AASA Learning 2025 National Summit in Washington, DC, June 27 - June 30, 2022. Employees:  Cecilia J. Robinson-Woods, Shannon Hayes, Samone Thompson, Candice Hamilton-Greene, Warren Pete and Phredd Evans.

12.B. Action to approve Activity Fund Summary of Accounts for the month of February, FY2022.

12.B.1. Discussion and possible motion to approve the 2022 Senior Class to travel to Dallas, Texas for their senior trip from Sunday, March 13, 2022 - Tuesday, March 15, 2022. Two teachers and a parent will be the chaperons.

12.C. Action to approve the collection of funds for a Zoo Field Trip for Grade levels PreK - second (2nd) for MELA Student Activities with proceeds to be placed in the 961 activity account.

12.D. Action to approve the collection of funds for the fifth (5th) grade activity fee for MELA Student Activities with proceeds to be placed in the 961 activity account.

12.E. Action to approve the collection of funds for stoles and tassels for Pre-K graduation for MELA Student Activities with proceeds to  be placed in the 961 activity account.

12.F. Action to approve the collection of funds for  graduation cap and gowns for kindergarten for the MELA Student Activities with proceeds to  be placed in the 961 activity account.

12.G. Action to approve a slice of pie fundraiser for the HS Makerspace/Craft with proceeds to be placed in the 922 activity account.
