8. CONSENT AGENDA
The Millwood Board of Education uses a consent agenda during school board meetings. Items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all items. The consent agenda consists of the consideration, review, discussion and possible motion to approve the following items as listed under the appropriate categories and identified individually by number and/or alphabet. Items 8A, 8B, 9A, 9B, 9C, 9D, 9E, 9F, 9G, 9H, 9I, 9J, 9K, 9L, 9M, 9N, 9OO, 9P, 9Q and 9R. |

8.A. EMPLOYMENTS
Recommend the following person(s) be employed as of the effective date specified; and that contract(s) or assignment notifications with the appropriate persons herein listed be approved and executed in the name of the District, the Superintendent or person designated by her; with all other personnel recommendations, including terminations, leaves, retirements and resignations. Discussion and possible vote to file with the State Department of Education and the Oklahoma County Excise Board an itemized expenditure budget and request for state appropriated funds for the ensuing fiscal year 2021-2022 and an estimate of revenues from all sources to be received by the district during the ensuing fiscal year.

9.B. Approve Independent School District IO37, Oklahoma County to participate in the CCOSA District Level Services Program cost not to exceed $2000.00.

9.C. Discussion and possible motion to approve High School Transcription Options with Metro Technology Centers for Millwood Public Schools for 2021-22.

9.D. Action to approve the Activity Fund Summary of Accounts for August 2021.

10. STATEMENT OF PUBLIC CONCERN
|
||||||||||||
11. Board to conduct hearing on appeal of Kristal Shields from directive by Superintendent Robinson-Woods that Kristal Shields must stay off school grounds and may not attend any school functions for a period of 6 months. The hearing will consist of statements by the Superintendent and Ms. Shields, and may include questions by Board members.

12. Discussion and possible vote to uphold, amend, or reject the directive of Superintendent Robinson-Woods to ban Ms. Shields from Millwood Public Schools grounds and from any school functions for a period of 6 months ( February 1, 2022).
