1. CALL TO ORDER

3. Board to consider and take possible action, in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or Clerk for the School District to executive any and all documents pertaining to the bond sale.

4. Board to receive bids for the $1,550,000 Combined Purpose Building Bonds of this School District and take action to award bonds to the lowest bidder.

5. Board to consider and take action on a resolution providing for the issuance of combined purpose building bonds in the sum of $1,550,000 by this school district, authorized at an election called and held for such purpose; prescribing form of bonds; providing for registration thereof; designating registrar and paying agent for this issue of bonds; providing for levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on the same; and fixing other details of issue.

6. Board to consider and take action on a resolution designating the general obligation bonds of 2021 as “Qualified Tax-Exempt Obligations” pursuant to Section 265(b)(3)(B) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.

7. Discussion and Possible Action to Denounce the Oklahoma House of Representatives' Bill 1775 of the 2021 Regular Session of the Oklahoma Legislature.
