8. Board to consider and take possible action in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or acting Clerk for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to the calling of a special election to authorize general obligation bonds.
9. Board to consider and take action on a resolution authorizing the calling and holding of a special election to be held in this School District to authorize the issuance of general obligation bonds
10. Discussion and possible motion to adopt a Resolution calling for the Annual School Election to be held Tuesday, February 9, 2021 and Annual School Runoff Election, if needed April 6, 2021 for Board Seat Number 1.

12. CONSENT AGENDA
The Millwood Board of Education uses a consent agenda during school board meetings. Items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. The consent agenda consists of the consideration, review, discussion and possible motion to approve the following items as listed under the appropriate categories and identified individually by alphabet and/or number. Item numbers 12A, 13A, 13B and 13C.

13. PROPOSED GENERAL BUSINESS
13.A. Discussion and possible board action to modify existing medical policy to allow the district to stock and utilize EpiPens and Inhalers in accordance with state law.
13.B. Discussion and possible motion to approve additional FY21 Activity Fundraisers.
13.C. Discussion and possible motion to approve Agreement of Services between Morgan Cornell, for Dance and Movement classes at MELA for $20.00 an hour for 12 hours per week.
