3. Board to consider and take possible action, in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or acting Clerk for the Millwood Public School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to the bond sale.

4. Board to receive bids for the $1,930,000 Combined Purpose Building Bonds for the Millwood Public School District and take action to award bonds to the lowest bidder.

5. Board to consider and take action on a resolution providing for the issuance of combined purpose building bonds in the sum of $1,930,000 by the Millwood Public School District, authorized at an election called and held for such purpose; prescribing form of bonds; providing for registration thereof; designating registrar and paying agent for this issue of bonds; providing for levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on the same; and fixing other details of issue.

6. Board to consider and take action on a resolution designating the general obligation bonds of 2020 as "Qualified Tax-Exempt Obligations" pursuant to Section 265(b)(3)(B) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.

7. Discussion and possible motion to receive fiscal year 2019 audit report for Independent School District Number 37, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma and authorize distribution pursuant to O.S. 70-22-108.

8. Discussion and possible board action on the provision of additional paid emergency leave for support employees during the school closure due to the COVID-19 virus.

9. Discussion and possible board action passing emergency powers for superintendent.

10. Discussion and possible board action to take steps required following State Board of Education meeting on March 25, 2020 regarding remainder of school year.
