1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS

2. ITEMS FOR ACTION

2.a. Presentation of Superintendent's Recommendation for the dismissal of Lawrence Fourkiller; vote to schedule a meeting date, time and place; and to direct that a copy of the Superintendent's Recommendation, along with a notice of due process rights, be mailed to Mr. Fourkiller. 

2.b. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve/disapprove revising the Extra Duty Pay, SY 23-24 to add Maria Verduzco to receive the Upcast Grant for the Fall and Spring Intern and approve the contract.

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Proposed Executive Session to discuss the employment, appointment, promotion, demotion, resignation or salaries of personnel pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307 (B)(1).

3.a. Discuss any resignations tendered since the posting of the agenda

3.b. Discuss employment for an Elementary Teacher SY. 24-25.

3.c. Discuss employment for a Middle School Teacher/Coach SY. 24-25.

3.d. Discuss employment for a Head High School Baseball Coach SY. 24-25.

4. VOTE TO ACKNOWLEDGE RETURN OF BOARD TO OPEN SESSION

5. EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES COMPLIANCE ANNOUNCEMENT -The Board of Education entered into Executive Session to discuss personnel, the disclosure of which would violate confidentiality requirements of state law; no votes were taken and no other matters were discussed.

6. Discussion and vote to accept or reject any resignations tendered since the posting of the agenda.

7. Discuss/vote to approve/disapprove the employment of an Elementary Teacher SY. 24-25.

8. Discuss/vote to approve/disapprove the employment of a Middle School Teacher/Coach SY. 24-25.

9. Discuss/vote to approve/disapprove the employment of a Head High School Baseball Coach SY. 24-25.
