2.a. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve/disapprove the request to use school facilities by the Stilwell Athletic Booster Club for a Sports Awards Banquet on May 7, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in the High School Cafeteria. 

2.b. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve/disapprove the request to use school facilities by Brett Coleman for the 10-Year Reunion of Stilwell Class of 2014, May 11, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. in the High School Cafeteria.

2.c. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve/disapprove the revised addendum-OS SY 23-24 Out of State Travel/Overnight Trips.

3.  EXECUTIVE SESSION: Proposed Executive Session to discuss the employment, appointment, promotion, demotion, resignation or salaries of personnel pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307 (B)(1).

3.a. Discuss addendum titled, "Employment of Stilwell High Staff B, SY 24-25."

4. VOTE TO ACKNOWLEDGE RETURN OF BOARD TO OPEN SESSION 

5. EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES COMPLIANCE ANNOUNCEMENT -The Board of Education entered into Executive Session to discuss personnel, the disclosure of which would violate confidentiality requirements of state law; no votes were taken and no other matters were discussed.

6. DISCUSS/VOTE TO APPROVE/DISAPPROVE EMPLOYMENT OF STILWELL HIGH SCHOOL STAFF B, SY 24-25 AS PRESENTED WITH THE ADDENDUM TITLED "EMPLOYMENT OF STILWELL HIGH SCHOOL STAFF B, SY 24-25."
