6.b. Discuss moving Kaitlynn Gatewood from a Support Adjunct Teacher to a Grade School Temporary Certified Teacher and approving her contract, SY 23-24. 

6.c. Discuss the employment of Jerry White, Budget Consultant/Purchasing Agent for the 2024-2025 School Year.

6.d. Discuss the evaluation and employment of Matthew Brunk, Superintendent for the 2024-2025 School Year.

7. VOTE TO ACKNOWLEDGE RETURN OF BOARD TO OPEN SESSION 

8. EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES COMPLIANCE ANNOUNCEMENT -The Board of Education entered into Executive Session to discuss personnel, the disclosure of which would violate confidentiality requirements of state law; no votes were taken and no other matters were discussed.

9. VOTE TO APPROVE/DISAPPROVE ALESE OWENS AS A MIDDLE SCHOOL EXTRA DUTY TUTOR AND APPROVING HER CONTRACT, SY 23-24.

10. VOTE TO APPROVE/DISAPPROVE MOVING KAITLYNN GATEWOOD FROM A SUPPORT ADJUNCT TEACHER TO A GRADE SCHOOL TEMPORARY CERTIFIED TEACHER AND APPROVING HER CONTRACT, SY 23-24.
