3. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Proposed Executive Session to discuss the employment, appointment, promotion, demotion, resignation or salaries of personnel pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307 (B)(1).

3.a. Discuss the resignation of Morgan Turner, Elementary Teacher.

3.b. Discuss employment of an Elementary Teacher, SY 23-24.

3.c. Discuss employment of an Activity Fund Custodian, SY 23-24.

4. VOTE TO ACKNOWLEDGE RETURN OF BOARD TO OPEN SESSION.

5. EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES COMPLIANCE ANNOUNCEMENT -The Board of Education entered into Executive Session to discuss personnel, the disclosure of which would violate confidentiality requirements of state law; no votes were taken and no other matters were discussed.

5.a. Vote to approve/disapprove the resignation of Morgan Turner, Elementary Teacher.

5.b. Vote to employ an Elementary Teacher, SY 23-24

5.c. Vote to employ an Activity Fund Custodian, SY 23-24.
