4. Consent Agenda: All of the following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration, modification, and approval of the following items:

4.1. Discussion and possible action regarding approving to Pay PO number 730.

4.2. Consideration, discussion, and possible action to award bid packages 1-4 with alternates, and assign those packages to Joe D. Hall General Contractors, LLC, construction manager at risk for Winds West Elementary HVAC project
|
|
5. Board will receive training from the Oklahoma State School Boards Association on Whole Board Training, Superintendent Evaluation and Assemble board meetings platform.

|
6. Information Items: The next regular Board Meeting will be February 12, 2024 at 6:00pm at the Western Heights Administration Board Room, 8401 SW 44th Street.
