6. Consent Agenda: All of the following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. A.Discuss the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, disciplining or resignation of certified and support employees listed on Exhibit A pursuant to Title 25 O.S. §307(B)(1);

B. Have confidential communications with the Board's attorney concerning the listed matters  after the attorney has determined that  disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the Board to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, or proceeding, pursuant to  25 O.S. §307(B)(4).

C .Discuss the investigation, assessment, prevention, or remediation of acts of terrorism pursuant to Title 25 O.S. § 307(B)(11);
