1.1. All Board Members are attending Virtually. If we lose connection at any time during this virtual meeting we will stop until the connection is back. If after 45 minutes we cannot reconnect the meeting will be canceled and rescheduled for another day.

4.1. Due Process Hearing for Support Employee Kimberly Stewart.

4.1.1. Conduct due process hearing on the Superintendent’s recommendation of the termination of employment of support person, Kimberly Stewart, a Cafeteria Site Leader with the Western Heights School District.

4.1.2. Executive Session
Vote to convene or not convene in executive session for the purpose of: |

4.1.3. If executive session is authorized by a majority of a quorum of the board members present, convene in executive session to:

4.1.4. Acknowledge the end of executive session and return to open meeting.

|
4.1.5. Vote to adopt findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law regarding the Superintendents recommendation to terminate support person Kimberly Stewart.

4.1.6. Vote to terminate or not to terminate Kimberly Stewart.
