4.1. Due Process Hearing for Support Employee Amy Ottman

4.1.1. Conduct due process hearing on the Superintendent’s recommendation of the termination of employment of support person, Amy Ottman, a Deaf Education Interpreter with the Western Heights School District.
 

4.1.2. Executive Session
Vote to convene or not convene in executive session for the purpose of:

4.1.3. If executive session is authorized by a majority of a quorum of the board members present, convene in executive session to:

4.1.4. Acknowledge the end of executive session and return to open meeting.

4.1.5. Vote to adopt findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law regarding the Superintendents recommendation to terminate support person Amy Ottman.
 

4.1.6. Vote to terminate or not to terminate Amy Ottman.

4.2.1. Conduct due process hearing on the Superintendent’s recommendation of the termination of employment of support person, Kimberly Stewart, a Cafeteria Site Leader with the Western Heights School District.

4.3.1. Conduct due process hearing on the Superintendent’s recommendation of the termination of employment of support person, Kieyohnna Tillis, a Bus Driver with the Western Heights School District.

Vote to convene or not convene in executive session for the purpose of:
