Call meeting to order.

Discussion and possible board action to retain Julie Miller, School Legal Services for the limited purpose of representing the members of the Board of Education during a due process hearing.

Due process hearing for Chase Kime:
|
The Board President shall convene the hearing, state the purpose of the hearing and introduce the parties. Upon the request of either party, the president may exclude from the hearing room the witnesses not at the time under examination, except that a party to the proceeding and their representative shall not be excluded.

Opening statement by superintendent or his designee or representative.

Opening statement by Mr. Kime or his designee or representative.
|
Presentation of superintendent's evidence, followed by cross-examination of witnesses by Mr. Kime or his designee or representative.

Questions by Board Members.

Presentation of Mr. Kime's evidence followed by cross-examination of witnesses by superintendent or superintendent's designee or representative.

Questions by Board Members.
|
Presentation of rebuttal and surrebuttal evidence as necessary.

Closing argument by superintendent or his designee or representative.

Closing argument by Mr. Kime or his designee or representative.

Consideration and vote to go into executive session pursuant to OKLA. STAT. tit. 25, § 307 (B) (1) & (7) to deliberate on the dismissal or not of Chase Kime. The Board may also vote to go into executive session pursuant to OKLA. STAT. tit. 25, § 307 (B) (7) to receive live testimony from and review video evidence of minor students.

Vote to acknowledge return to open session.

Vote by Board to accept or reject the superintendent's recommendation for the dismissal of Chase Kime and recitation of findings of fact upon which the decision is based.

Accept any resignations tendered since the last board meeting.
