Proposed executive session to discuss the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of the Superintendent. Executive session authority: 25 Okla. Stat. §307(B)(1) and (7) (Oklahoma’s Open Meeting Act). The Board does not anticipate any action occurring after the Board reconvenes into public session. Any related action would be scheduled for a future meeting of the Board of Education.

Pursuant to the June 25, 2020 action of the State Board of Education—requiring the District’s Board "to make quarterly reports to the State Board of Education with updates on what they are doing in this response," discussion and appointment of the Board of Education’s designee(s) for the purpose of the quarterly report to be made at the July 23rd meeting of the State Board of Education.
