Discussion with STOUT Construction regarding bids received on April 16, 2020 for construction, remodeling and improvements made at all school sites as seen on Schedule A.
Discussion and vote to accept or reject bids received on April 16, 2020 for construction, remodeling and improvements made at all school sites as seen on Schedule A.  The bids may be accepted as a whole or individual packages.
Discussion and vote to assign or not assign the accepted bids to STOUT Construction under the existing Construction Management contract dated March 6, 2019 and as described in the attached "GMP breakdown".
