2. Business - Separate Vote: The following is a list of the business items to be conducted by the Board of Education at the above meeting:

2.A. Board to receive bids for the $9,975,000 General Obligation Combined Purpose Bonds of this school district and award bonds to the lowest bidder.

2.B. Board to consider and take action on a resolution providing for the issuance of General Obligation Combined Purpose Bonds in the sum of $9,975,000 by this school district, authorized at an election called and held for such purpose; prescribing form of bonds; designating bonds for certain provisions of the Internal Revenue Code; deeming the preliminary official statement to be “final” for the purposes of SEC rule 15(C)2-12; agreeing to comply with continuing disclosure requirements of SEC rule 15(C)2-12; providing for registration thereof; providing for levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on the same; and fixing other details of the issue.

2.C. Board to consider and take action on a resolution designating the general obligation bonds of 2017 as “Qualified Tax-Exempt Obligations” pursuant to Section 265(b)(3)(B) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.

2.D. Consideration of and motion to approve or not approve the revision of: student's last day of school on the 2017-18 Yukon Public School District Calendar.

3. Personnel and Collective Bargaining Agreement

3.A. Vote to convene, or vote not to convene, in executive session pursuant to State 25 O.S. 307 (B)(1)to discuss the resignations and employment of support and certified personnel, promotions, recommendation of change of assignment and/or transfers, as listed on the attached Exhibit A.

3.A.I. Consideration of the Tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement between YPS and the Yukon Professional Educators' Association (YPEA) for 2017-2018.

3.B. Acknowledge the Board has returned from executive session. Executive session minutes compliance announcement.

3.C. Approval of Personnel Items as listed.

3.D. Board to accept, reject or amend the recommendation of the administration to approve the Tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement between YPS and the Yukon Professional Educators' Association (YPEA)as listed for 2017-2018.
